2010 – 2011 Saturday Chinese Program

 Features:

·        Nonprofit Organization: Parent-run organization aimed to pass on the Chinese culture

·        Time-honored: Established in 1982, the oldest Chinese School program east of LA

·        For-education Only: Non-political, non-commercial and secular

·        Excellent Faculty: Low student-to-teacher ratio, bilingual classes, many academic honors/recognition in Southern California and Pan-American Chinese contests.

·        Dual-track Teaching: Using both Phonetic System and Pinyin System

 Chinese Lessons: Kindergarten class, phonetic class, Vol 1-10, advanced class, Pinyin class I/II/III , SAT II & Adult Classes.

Extracurricular Activities: Taekwondo, Chinese Dancing, Drawing, Flute, and Others

 Class Dates: Saturday mornings, 9/11/2010 – 6/11/2011 , except for holidays

 Class Hours:  Chinese lessons: 09:30 AM – 12:30 PM  

                        Extracurricular activities (optional): 08:30 AM – 09:20 AM

 Location:   Cedarlane Middle School , 16333 Cedarlane Dr. , Hacienda Heights , CA 91745

 Tuition: $ 299 a year for Chinese lessons, $ 80 a year for extracurricular activities (material fees may apply for some classes)

 Discounts:  For new students only, the tuition is $199 (for first year only). A $10 deduction is applied per extra student beyond the first in the same family.

 Registration Fee: $25 (Waived for those who pay in full by 7/31/2010 )
